Ano po ang solution kapag Pasmado ang kamay please aaa

hindi naman,Sabi kasi ng Mama ko binabasa ko daw lagi kamay ko pag tapos mag computer kaya nag kaka ganto T_T eh CROSSFIRE PA naman nilalaro ko minsan high street 5 or babyran

simpleng pasmado yan... kahit ata d muna basain kamay mo bsta lahat ng adik sa pindot nkaka ranas nyan.... tignan mo nga ung sa wrist part ng kamay mu kung saan ka gmagamit ng mouse... ung sa tinginan ng pulso.... pustahan tau maitim na yan nuh?? hehehe 22o yan khit aq me gnyan dati ee....
