BABYRAN, IN ITS 2012 PHENOMENA

Dear Admin and Babyran Players,

Greetings!

I just want to ask the truth about this rumor that babyran is yet to end because the Admin(s) did not paid yet the tax. I've heard this issue when someone shouted using MEGAPHONE with a character name :JACARD saying that "wag na kayong mag-donate kac malapit na itong mawala". I tried to ask him about this issue but then he just said "yes, its true" because his brother works in BDO and babyran did not paid their responsible taxes. Is this true? Please clarify this issue for the sake of your loyal players, most especially those donators.

I'm sad to hear that. So how will I (we) know that this issue is just a mere "opinionated" issue?

as what i know.....the contract of bbr will be ended at dec 30 2010...

Important Facts:

1. babyran is a privately owned private server. Whether the owner pay taxes or not, it's nobody's business! And who's going after them? the BIR? where? how?..^_^

2. babyran does not have a contract. Again, it's a private IP.

3. babyran will continue to run and will only close if nobody's donating. As far as I know, they earned big bucks during their Big promo summer launches...Highest donators!...whew.

so no need to worry guys. babyran is probably here to stay for a long time!

yah they permit expire on december on 2010 but there`s no problem. they`ve just PAY the tax.

well the legality of BBR is the big question. It's just one of those many private servers on the internet. One thing's for sure, it's not illegal to play BBR...^_^

Speaking of contract, how do we know they have a contract? And to extend or renew it, they will pay tax?..i'm sorry, i dont get it...I'm slow today.

bbr is private server but this server keep going like 3years. since chinese server.
so, those expires permit is not a problem.

I actually had a conversation with one char in game. He said something about BBr being illegal and that e-games philippines is working on shutting down or blocking all private servers of RAN.

I told him it wouldn't be that easy. But who knows they might find a way to do it. But i'm pretty much sure it will not happen anytime soon..Hope i'm right.

Going after illegal servers is costly. E-games will have second thoughts of suing these servers because it might be too costly for them. Blocking the IP? I dont think we have the technology to do it.
