upgrade weapon

[ASK] how to upgrade weapon +10 up ?
and upgrade in web items can not drop or trade in the game, how to get in trade ?

with the new patch...once you upgrade your items through BBR site there is no way to drop it or to trade it...I'm guessing that BBR admin do this to avoid dropping upgraded items from site that rain lots of issue since the old patch...fair enough for those players who spent money just to have a good items in an affordable price...don't get confuse about those +10 and up items that they sell in the market because those items has been upgrade before the latest patch arrived..where all upgraded items from site can still drop and trade...
