PROPER WAY OF CLAIMING POINTS:
1. Dont Buzz & Buzz & Buzz, its kinda irritating so dont buzz them, it wont help at all.
2. Chat to them in a nice way
3. Sometimes it may take 30mins for processing your e-points so dont buzz
4. You may follow up if they dont reply but "in a nice way"
5. Dont argue with them if you dont want any delay. Just be patient.

in addition, just follow the format in the babyran site on how to claim your e-points to avoid delay. This is to avoid requiring you to submit other details that they need to verify. Most important of all just like r2kpogi said be nice guys I dont think it will hurt us naman :)
